I was just complaining to Karl that I am ready not to be pregnant for so many reasons, but the biggest is I just don't want to be in pain anymore. Which made me think, I wonder how many of you guys have aches and pains too. Which made me think that you might like to have a bit of a massage and have your aches and pains seen to. I've been going to the osteo clinic at RMIT for many years now and they can work wonders. There have been some things with both pregnancies that I've just assumed that I've had to put up with (pelvis and back pain) but the osteos there have been able to either reduce or totally remove the pain. I go weekly for my back pain, and get a few pain free days. So here's my recommendation...
RMIT Osteo clinic
9925 6152
$25 first visit (1.5hrs), $20 follow-up visits (45mins) (these details are off the top of my head so might be a few minutes/$ outs. And they give huge discounts if you have a conc.)
my preferred osteos are Genevieve or Dearne Hutton (final year students with good experience with pregnancy).
They also have a paed osteo clinic there (same number). They were able to sort out Redmond's neck problem, which sorted out his head problem.
Hope you are all doing fine and that I get to see you soon. I feel like I haven't seen anybody (except Kate) in ages... who would have thought that Eltham could feel like it is so far from Watsonia!
Love to you, and your loved ones.
Deb (still waiting!)
