My not- so- new news!

Hello girls,
Well he we are in bloody freezing cold Canberra. I can't believe it was 30+ degrees last week and now I have a jumper on! We are having a nice time and it is really good to have granparents around to disappear with Charlotte not to be seen for substantial periods of time.....sometimes without telling us!

For those who don't know and I am guessing this is porbably no-one, I am now not one of the odd ones out.....5 weeks pregnant. It was a bit dramatic for a few days as they couldn't see anything when I went for the dating scan just before we left. My docor rang whilst we were in Thredbo to tell me that she was concerned about an ectopic so I needed more blood tests and another ultrasound. I had an ultrasound in Canberra this week ($$$$$) and they could see something which they measured to be approx 5 weeks (Deb...this one will be called leftie). So everything is good and I expect I will have to have a proper dating scan sometime when we get back.....it is costing us a fortune!

Everything else is going well....I have been having 2 hours naps in the afternoon so I guess I am tired, hooray for grandparents.

Wedding prep is going well I think except for the cold weather curve ball but we will manage that. There are people everywhere and Charlotte is going crazy, she thinks she is in heaven. I don't think our first week back will be much fun as she will only have her boring parents to talk to.

Miss you all, feel like it is forever since I have seen anyone.
