Count me in... only if it is going to be in March though. The accommodation that Sarina mentioned sounds lovely and taking food (only need a couple of dips to soak up the booze) will be the case with most places.
Karl and I have stayed a number of times at a hippy place called The Continental in Hepburn Springs. They provide breakfast and dinner...
Sat night only... $75 each (conc 70), incl bed, breakfast, banquet dinner, sunday yoga class
Frid/Sat... $120 each (110 conc) in single room or $110 (100 conc) 2 in a room (and I think that they have dorm rooms with bunk beds that we could book out which might be cheaper again) 2x bed and breaky and dinner on Sat night and sunday yoga.
The down side is that it is a vegan venue and has a no drinking/smoking policy. But Karl and I have stayed there a number of times and blown that rule out of the water!

Also just to let you know that the Chill Out Festival is on 7-10 March 2008 (labour day weekend). I'd love to go up then, because that means that there will be extra things to see and do on top of the normal Dayelsford experience. My 2nd reason for voting for the Labour Day long weekend is that we could go away for either a day or two and still come home and have a day or two with our belovedes.
Red and I probably won't make it on Wednesday morning so if we don't see you then, then we will see you on Friday.
