Kate's house stuff

Hi Girls,

Hpoe that the museum was fun, Charlie and I would love to see some photos next week.
Sorry Charlotte and I havn't been really been around lately. For all that don't know i just thought i would explain where we have been.

Matt and I decided that it is the right time for us to put our house on the market. So the past few weeks we have been cleaning up and interviewing estate agents. On Tuesday the house was put on the market. We have had sales teams and style people coming through to tell us what to do to get it ready for viewing. They told us to get rid of half of the furniture to make it look bigger. ( so i guess no mothers group here for a while) We are having our first buyer through tomorrow so we hope it goes well. In the mean time we have to start with decitions on the new property. (oh we are building out at Doreen Vaucluse Estate) So we have to choose block, house, colours etc and they all want their money NOW. Hopefully it should sell quick and for the right price. (so if you know anyone.......)
Anyway though I would keep you all up to date.
