my vote for the swimming would be 9am. Would that suit everyone else? I sort of thought the earlier, the better. I need to get bathers for Lily now. Does anyone know where the cheap ones are, and what are those little swimmers nappies like? Cheers

Yes, 9am suits us too. The swimming nappies are fine, and really they don't need bathers over the top. If you want her to be modest, then a t-shirt might be all she needs.

I noticed that they had the little swimmer bottoms at the pool for sale. I didn't see how much but I did see that they have pink!
