OK, after exploring many different options I've come up with one that I think will work the best. I have created us a google calendar/gmail account which contains our calendar. I will send a separate email with the login and pass word details. Tell me what you think of this as the calendar idea. We can add things like market dates, etc.

postscript... AMANDA! you rock. you managed to get a calendar to load into this blog which is awesome and cuts out an extra layer of passwords. I'm too pooped now to update the blog calendar with all the dates so I will do it next time I log on, or if someone else wants to do it just log into www.gmail.com chummymummies/bestbaby and all the dates are in the calendar which you'll find a link to on the top of the page. yawn! sleep time for debdeb.
